Hello,
We're evaluating a new RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 install.
We've got the system running - and SecurID tokens successfully authenticating via Radius from our VPN firewalls. We've also got our internal Windows DC connected as an identity source, and the authentication manager security console login can login via LDAP password or SecurID Passcode.
Is it possible to configure the Radius client to also authenticate via Passcode OR LDAP Password ? We're slowly migrating VPN staff from passwords to pass-codes, so the option of multiple authentication methods would simplify this transition.
Thanks in advance.
NICKOLAS WANKE,
I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.
