What is the best way to validate that an ADFS server that has the RSA Agent for ADFS v 1.0.2 is properly installed and registered with the Authentication Manager (v8)? My ADFS Administrator has been told by Microsoft Support that the RSA Agent is not properly registered even though clients are correctly getting the RSA AuthN screen and no errors appear to be present.

Alternatively, from the RSA Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Accessand click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.
