Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.
When you say that you are unable to download Authentication Manager updates, are you seeing any sort of error? If so, please let me know what error you are seeing. Access to certain spaces, such as downloads can be restricted and a valid entitlement is required when you register for RSA Link to grant you access to those spaces.
