Trying to Determine RSA Auth Mgr Appliance Type and its life cycle info

I am running RSA Auth Mgr 8.1 SP 1 P3 on hardware appliances. I'm trying to find out A). what kind of appliances they are, and B). when they go unsupported. I think its end of this yr (December 2018) - but I also think that support could be extended for a longer time.

 

I'm pretty sure they are Intel A130's.

 

There was an article somewhere on all this but I cannot seem to find it.
