000035603 - How to install and reinstall the Access Fulfillment Express (AFX) server on an RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle hardware or software appliance

But when it comes time to start AFX, I cannot. Logged in as root, I get a permissions error. Logged in as oracle, it appears to not know what the afx service is at all. The instruyc

As root:

aveksa-pno:/home/oracle # afx start
Successful connection detected to RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle
Starting AFX Server: Setting MULE_HOME to /home/oracle/AFX/esb...
Permissions error! Current user does not own all AFX directories and files.
User must be the owner of /home/oracle/AFX and all its contents in order to administer AFX.
done

As oracle:

oracle@aveksa-pno:~> afx start
If 'afx' is not a typo you can run the following command to lookup the package that contains the binary:
    command-not-found afx
bash: afx: command not found

oracle@aveksa-pno:~> /home/oracle/AFX/bin/afx_server start
Password:
Successful connection detected to RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle
Starting AFX Server: Password:
Setting MULE_HOME to /home/oracle/AFX/esb...
Permissions error! Current user does not own all AFX directories and files.
