Customer is asking for configuration/implementation approaches on how to collect shared entitlements across different applications in IG&L. In the their legacy versions customer was using the Multi-App (account, entitlement) collector type as well as the Admin -> Description utility in order to meet this business requirement. However, they faced duplication issues. They would like to achieve this without facing data duplication in version 7.1.0 with OOTB collector templates that are available.
