we'd like to change https default port 8443 to port 443.
We're running RSA IGL 7.1 with Wildfly 10 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.10.
What is the best way to do this?
For port forwarding (443 to the default WildFly listening port 8443), see the steps documented in section "Firewall Configuration for Red Hat", pages 207-209, in the following guide:
RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.1 Installation Guide
I assume you mean 7.0.2 and what is the OS? Here is a description for changing it on SuSE: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-46222
We do not recommend changing the port from the application server settings directly. However what you could easily do is ask your OS admin to create a port redirect rule (iptables for example) from 443 to 8443.
One small note on this, is that the firewall rules in the guide may not work correctly if you already have other firewall rules configured there. You would need to involve your OS admin to fine tune the rules to work on your environment.
