I have a customer who wants to know the scheduled version and patch release dates for Authentication Manager, the Windows agent and the cloud tenant/IDR. Where is that posted on RSA Link?
Great question! RSA SecurID Access is engineered to support the continuous delivery of new features and enhancements with minimal disruption to authentication services. RSA releases updates to the product on a monthly basis. Each monthly release will include updates to the cloud authentication service and could include updates to on-premise components (RSA Authentication Manager and identity routers) and supporting mobile apps, agents, and connectors. As needed, RSA will release security fixes or patches to various components within the service. It is recommended that customers apply patches and security fixes as soon as they are released.
