Summary:
We have department heads as review monitors for their departments. In Reviews the second tab is "Change Activity" and it includes list of all change activities generated from the review.
Question:
Is there a way to limit the list of change activities to only include users belonging to their department?
or Is there a way that we do not show the "Change Activity" tab to monitors as they are end-users and need not see the status of change activities? May be giving/removing a certain aveksa application role or entitlement?
If I understood your point correctly, a user who is a monitor on only a few users (the ones in his department) on a certain review can see all change requests of all user from that review?
If this is the case please submit this as a case with RSA Support as this should not be the correct behaviour of the product.
