We have this documented in the Operations Guide, Chapter 10, Updating GeoIP Information. If you have not had the chance to download the Operations Guide, here is a quick outline:
1. To retrieve the GeoIP file, we recommend using your RSA Central Reports account. This account has the following format: RFabcd1234. Log on to the RSA Central server rfabcd1234.rpt.adaptiveauth.rsacs.net If you do not have this account, please contact the RSA Help Desk, and ask for a case to be created so that we can help you get his account.
2. Once you have logged into server, navigate to the /home/yourStorename/rpt/ directory, which using the example above, would be /home/RFabcd1234/rpt/. Click on the geo directory, which is a shortcut to the /home/ipgeo directory, where you will find the different versions that are available. These are in the form of a year, month, and version number, like this 201812_V137 or 201812_IPV6_V137.
3. Inside that directory, you will find the .gz file and the .md5 file, which you will download to update you current GeoIP.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
But when i am providing the url in the format, it is asking for username and password. When the username and password is provided, it is prompting again and again.
