I found today, a review we ran has been stuck in a Refresh state for some time. It was on hold initially, at some point we refreshed it and it's stuck. The option to just delete it is greyed out and I've restarted the app server with no luck.
IGL v7.0.2 P04. I need to delete it so reviewers do not see it in their tasks.
Probably too late, but I would suggest you contact RSA Support to see if they can clean this up from the database and investigate how you would end up in this case at all.
