Is it possible to mask the display value of a collected custom user attribute in user access review result?

Customer is asking if there is a way to change the display value of an user-entitlement custom attribute that is collected in different format? For example; the user-entitlement collected value = (1,0) and the customer would like to display Yes when the value of the attribute is 1. and display No when the value of the attribute is 0. I tried creating a custom value list under Admin -> Attributes -> Custom Value tab. However, I was not able to pass it to the review result instance in the desired format. Also tried creating Attribute Change Rule but was not able to get it to work since the review result items would be updated as the reviewer takes action and the rule would have to run manually each time to update the display. 


Can this be done/automated in the UI with minimum customization similar to uploading business description utility? 


Please keep in mind that this is collected user-entitlement custom attribute and not managed and the desired display format would be displayed in the review result instance page when you click on the table options and select the custom attribute from the column filter.
