In a windows call center environment can two or more soft tokens be used to support multiple shifts

We have a call center, where agents sit at proscribed stations... we intend access to be by RS pc based soft token....Over a 24 hour day three users (the same each day) will be logging in for work.... Can we provision each user with a soft token?
