Hi. I have recently placed two (2) orders with RSA for SecurId tokens (SID 700s). The orders became separate & were generated 2 weeks apart.
One order was fulfilled & delivered several weeks ago, although I was unable to upload he seed media until I receive bot orders.
I logged on to Download Central (DLS) 2 weeks ago & was presented with details of order 1 that had bene fulfilled.
The second order as now been fulfilled & I have logged on to DLS to ensure the records were available.
DLS now only displays the second, most current, record. The first order is no longer available to view.
What do I do, now?

Please open a support case with the License Seed Response team and include both sales order numbers in the case notes. Follow the steps outlined in 000036161 - How to open a technical support case via the Case Management portal on RSA Link, but select the option of Access Requests for License or Token Media.
The LSR can assist you in seeing how the orders were fulfilled.
