I will upgrading our RSA authentication manager software from version 8.3 P 06 to version 8.4. Is there a new token version needed or can we use the tokens we have. Do the current configured/installed user tokens need to be re-issued or can the upgrade take place with the already seeded tokens on user's machines.
Bob Murray,
I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Your current RSA SecurID tokens that work with Authentication Manager 8.3 will continue to work with 8.4. The upgrade process updates the Authentication Manager software but does not impact your tokens. You will not need to reissue them.

Erica
