What are the Upgrade path to RSA Adaptive Authentication(on Premise) version 14.0.2.1 from version 7.3?

Unfortunately, we do not have an upgrade path currently, however it is an item that we are investigating.
I do not have a time frame, but I am following up on the RSA side to see if one has been established.
