I am trying to renew a software token for an Android phone user. I have un-installed and re-installed the application onto their phone but upon starting it up it prompts me to ether remove an existing token or cancel.
If i install the new software token i provisioned for this phone then it shows up as token 2. I can remove token 2 using the menu but there is no mention of token 1.
The newly provisioned token i gave to the new is also not working, is this something to do with their phone remembering the old token? Do i have to some how have to clear the phones cache or is this something to do with the provisioning process?
I am using RSA authentication Manager 8.1 SP 1 P09
