I know that this was the case previously. Has this process now changed and we have to go to Support every time for getting the files with SFTP? I'm referring to v11.x OVAs.
Customers can still download OVA from myRSA (formerly Download Central).
The OVA will only be visible/downloadable if the customer's product list contains 'NW SIEM - Perpetual Version', 'NW Network Monitoring - Perpetual Version' or one of the S/W entries (e.g.Analytics Svr 10 Users - S/W - enV Upg-Version 11.3).
