Authentications are failing, need immediate assistance, can someone point me to support team or call me back.

I see you were able to open a support case by emailing to email@example.com earlier today and have been contacted by the TSE.
For less time sensitive matters, email is a great option, but please take a look at our page on how to contact RSA customer support for information on how to open cases by phone or throught our online case management portal. These are better options if production is down.
Since you are experiencing an authentication issue, I've moved your question fom the RSA Access Manager space to the RSA SecurID Access space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
