I am a registered user of RSA Link, but after the sign-in / authentication completes, I get "Unauthorized" screen. How do I resolve this?

No. I tried several times to re-register, but it continues to say already registered and never gets to a page for me to choose “customer or partner” – logging in successful but still getting “unauthorized” screen.
Customer support updated some settings and I just logged in again – successfully. Thanks.
