Best way to handle Re-Onboarding Identities

We're looking to improve our re-onboard process and need some guidance.


Essentially what we need to do is find the user's previously deleted accounts and enable them. Is there an "out-of-the-box" way to do this? We're able to recognize a reonboarded (previously terminated) user using a rule and now we're looking for ways to reactivate all of the user's accounts.
