Hi all. When clicking on "My Cases" at the top of RSA Link page, I get this message:
So... I can't start a support case for Link... do you have any idea about this?
You are seeing that error because you do not have any active maintenance contracts associated with your account. (Refer to the article entitled 000035717 - A single sign-on error is displayed when accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link for more details.)
That being said, because you are an RSA employee you should engage the RSA Link team directly rather than submit a support case via the RSA Customer Support team. (See the internal RSA Link Policies & Procedures Guide for more information.)
