The RSA Authentication Manager server does not have this ability to notify individual users by itself. RSA Professional Services can set up AM Prime, which is a suite of tools that can do self-service and administrative work that is beyond the scope of the built-in web interfaces on the Authentication Manager server.
AM Prime can also have ENS2 installed as an additional toolkit (expiry notification service). It is ENS which is configured for various end-user notification and token management:
Token PIN expiration
OnDemand Token (ODT) PIN expiration
ODT token expiration
Token expiration
Token inactivity alerting and optional shutdown
ODT token inactivity alerting and optional shutdown
Account inactivity alerting and optional shutdown
Account expiration alerting
ENS Configuration Overview
The Expiry Notification System is a command line interface Java executable designed to be run on a regular interval
to primarily automate the generation of end-user and administration notifications for key token lifecycle events. In
addition to notifying users it can also be configured to take action on accounts or tokens having exceeded
configurable limits.
So, if you have PRIME installed, check that server for ENS2. Or contact your RSA Professional Services rep and ask about ENS2. Or you can start by opening a support ticket, and we can look into what you have set up in your environment.
