RSA Auth Manager API not working

Hi, I am trying to execute one of the sample applications provided by RSA to demonstrate RSA Admin API using AM SDK 8.1. The RSA Auth Manager server certificate is a self signed certificate which I have imported in cacerts on the client machine. I have followed all steps provided in the developers guide. However, when I try to execute the application with required parameters, the below error is encountered:

Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: t3s://<server>:7002: Destination unreachable; nested exception is:
javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure; No available router to destination

When I researched this exception, there is a support note which suggest that an incorrect certificate has been imported or if the parameter for trusted key store is not provided. That is not the case.

Additional log:

Please advise on what can be done to resolve this issue.
