There is no factory reset in GRUB in 8.4. Is there any way to perform factory reset without downloading the image file? If no, can I make a bootable USB or I have to burn the image to DVD?
You need to burn the rsa-am-hardware-appliance-184.108.40.206.0.iso to DVD, and boot system with it.
Thank you for your response. I have downloaded the image file, but when I tried to make a bootable USB, it fails and said 'could not open image'. Is it a must to burn iso to DVD?

Variation would be boot flash drive instead of DVD.
Check if your Hardware allows it1) >>>>>>get the serial number of the hardware they are asking about specifically<<<<2) search DELL or INTEL site for it (dell serial number lookup) , then dig into the docsfind out if it's BOOT options allow it"apparently dell r630 can"
Poweredge r630 boot from USBDell PowerEdge R630. You may have to change the boot order if you want to boot from a USB key or an optical drive. NOTE: The instructions given below may vary if you have selected BIOS for Boot Mode. Use the arrow keys to select a boot device, and use the + and - keys to move the device down or up in the ordering.
