WTF RSA... CAS has been down for a few hours now.. nobody in our company can authenticate or it's severely delayed notification... response time is so bad.. or it doesn't work at all.
All my IDR's went into DISTRESSED mode.

Yeah it's working now but it was a pain in the butt a bit... since it stopped working in the morning hours and our employees couldn't authenticate to protected resources that they need in order to work. Can you explain what happened and what RSA will do that this won't happen again?
