Analytics seem to be the “in” thing these days and I can see this starting to come in IGL with the various filter options in the new Review user interface style (common/uncommon, critical, etc.).
I am wondering though ...
- Is that information generally maintained and available OUTside of a review, i.e. could we report on it, alert managers of inconsistencies, etc. If so where is it? How can we access it?
- Is there any thought to including those options in the Contents scope for a review using the new style, i.e. could we run a review that excluded common access and just focused on the uncommon (and therefore potentially more risky) items? Alternatively default to Maintain for those rights (less ideal but similar in concept to the automatic Revoke decisions for anything already being removed). You'd have to allow changes to those decisions though, to allow for reviewers to Revoke if required.
