Hi guys,
Has any of you heard about the RSA IGL mobile app and know how to install it?
Please feel free to provide me a link to a documentation if you got one.
I know the app was mainly for approvals back in the day and unsure if RSA still support it or not (even though it is still available on the Apple and Android App store).

The RSA IGL mobile application is technically still supported, but I am not aware of any customers that are using it.
Email based approvals provide the same functionality.
The app is very limited as it only does approvals - accept/reject.
Even that might be helpful, but it does not offer push notification, so you still have to go into the app to see if anything is pending.
You also need to have it available on a public network, or your phone on you business network.

I use the email approval functionality but got some issues with Apple Users…
I’ll take it to my RSA dedicated engineer.

As Shlomo explained, the application uses the RSA IGL webservices to get and perform any approval actions. This means your phone must be able to directly connect to your RSA IGL instance, so either your phone needs to be on your internal corporate network or your RSA IGL instance needs to be publicly exposed on the internet.
As far as I know, further development to the application has stopped so there are at least no short term plans to add more functionality to it. I agree with Ian that you would probably be better of with Email based approvals.
