Thank you, I understand now but it's a little bit confused when we are using this because at the first view, it's look like to be the same. An identity does not need always an AD account in our forest when you are in a big company with multi ad forest trusted.
I think you understand now. The user and account are not linked at all in IG&L unless you design your collectors in such a way that they are. The initial collector design that you elect to use for your infrastructure has impacts later on how you provision account creation as well.
Multi-domains are a challenge as you may have conflicting requirements for provisioning vs data collection.
