Is there a way to have Windows Remote Desktop pass a user password, so they are only prompted for the SecurID?

The user enters their password when generating the connection, then the login screen prompts for SecurID, then Windows password again.

This make the process very difficult/laborious for the user. I would like to streamline this process a little more.

Or even better yet, have the user prompted for the Authenticator App on the phone.
