Problems with RSA AM Active Directory Users and Computers plugin

I have successfully loaded the RSA plugin to Active Directory Users and Computers.  Some of my users, however, cannot access the RSA Token Management information.  I have verified that all settings are correct in the RSA Token Management Settings window.  Through trial and error, I have found that the users can access the information if they have the SuperAdminRole assigned to them from the Security Console's Assign Administrative Roles.  The reasoning behind this is that I want a single place for designated administrators to view AD account status and also RSA account status.  

Is there another role other than the SuperAdminRole that would allow access to the information RSA provides within Active Directory Users and Computers?  If so, what is it?
