Is there an easy way to see the users or accounts that are assigned a certain entitlement or app role? With groups we can look at group members to determine this, but is there way to view the same for entitlements and app roles?

From the UI you can get this information by going to the Accounts tab, selecting the 'i' against the account and dropping down against Groups, App-Roles or Entitlements. Obviously this will be on per account basis.
Otherwise, a report could be created to return this detail. This could also then be added as an Object Dashboard to return application specific details.
I am aware of the accounts tab, per account basis view. It would be beneficial to have something similar on "What Access" tab per entitlement. A report is not as intuitive for business users when they need to check this quickly.
Any other suggestions?
As Clive suggested an Object Dashboard might be a good solution to present this information from an entitlement or app role perspective.
I would suggest raising an idea (https://community.rsa.com/community/products/governance-and-lifecycle/ideas) suggesting similar Member data being displayed under the 'What Access' tab for App Roles and Entitlements. This will allow others to vote for this idea too.
Rahul Katariya it has been brought to my attention a similar request was submitted as an idea previously (New Application tab to display combined list of users, accounts & entitlements )
If you log in and vote for this idea adding a comment or link to this post explaining your use case and how it works it will give the idea more weight with our engineering team.
Kind regards,
Craig
