Hi,

We have a PowerShell script that assigns RSA soft tokens to users.  The script sometimes fails with the following error messages

com.rsa.command.AuditedLocalizableSystemException: COMMAND_EXECUTION_UNEXPECTED_ERROR

Caused by: com.rsa.common.UnexpectedDataStoreException: failed to lookup domain object of class:class com.rsa.authmgr.internal.admin.principalmgt.dal.AMPrincipal by GUID:CN=XXX,OU=XXX,OU=XXX,OU=XXX,OU=XXX,DC=XXX,DC=XXX

Caused by: org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.HibernateSystemException: Provided id of the wrong type. Expected: class com.rsa.ims.common.IMSGUID, got class com.rsa.ims.common.DNGUID; nested exception is org.hibernate.TypeMismatchException: Provided id of the wrong type. Expected: class com.rsa.ims.common.IMSGUID, got class com.rsa.ims.common.DNGUID

Caused by: org.hibernate.TypeMismatchException: Provided id of the wrong type. Expected: class com.rsa.ims.common.IMSGUID, got class com.rsa.ims.common.DNGUID

However, if we were to rerun the script, the error does not happen.  Why would RSA throw this error when the expected parameters to the web service calls are correct?  Please advise.

Thank You.
