If you're working on windows, the Windows Software Token with automation responds to PKCS#11 commands to let you fetch the tokencode or passcode programmatically. You could also set up a software token profile fob-style, and hard-code the PIN into your program, or go PINless. We recommend against PINless tokens, as they reduce your security, but they sometimes have their uses. Just be very careful.
