We have reports from a user that from time to time a '?' character shows up on his RSA SecurID Software Token.
Anyone have any ideas on what this problem could be caused by?
Wow, that is odd. I cannot find prior evidence of this occurring. Please open a support case for this with Full Windows OS version and build (winver), full build of RSA Software Token for Windows (options, about) and the full version of Authentication Manager (help, about, see software version info) that this token was issued from. We will investigate.
