When a soft token is distributed, if it isn't used within 24 hours the token is disabled. Can this setting be changed/increased?
Do you mean CTKIP expires ?
Setup, System Settings, Tokens:
Thanks. We're distributing CTF soft tokens.
CTF or Compressed Token Format URL's don't normally expire.
They are essentially a URL-translation of an SDTID file, which also doesn't expire
or have any date range to set (other than the actual token lifetime and end date itself).
However, if you are using AM Prime/SSP, many settings here override the AM Security Console settings...
and there is a devices.xml file that does have an expiry for CTF tokens:
<property name="ctfExpirationInMinutes" value="-1" /> [this -1 means never expires]
Set minutes here, [1440 is one day]. Then restart SSP.
CTF URLs can expire. If Prime is being used the devices.xml is where the CTF expiration is set in minutes.
