We are unable to open any workflow while opening below error page is being shown. We checked all logs but didn't find anything concrete.

I removed the logs file that you attached to your post because there is a risk of revealing personally identifiable information (PII). Please review Tips for Posting Questions to the RSA SecurID Access Community for information on what should and should not be made visible in a public forum.
While there are great resources here on RSA Link, as Mostafa Helmy mentioned, in an instance like this, opening a case with RSA Support is your best option.
I believe it is better to troubleshoot these issues with RSA Support and not on the community. It will probably require setting up a remote session with support to check your environment and find the root cause.
I would suggest logging a case with RSA Support (How to contact RSA Support).
