Have any one come across this message in Admin -> System -> Server Node section of IGL ? This is with current latest RSA IGL 7.2 version.
I believe it is best to involve RSA Support to investigate this problem. It will probably require checking log files and maybe a remote session to check your environment.
How to contact RSA Support
Is your environment clustered or a standalone node?
If you have a clustered environment, this indicates problems in the JMS communication between the cluster nodes
It's standalone bundled version.
What state the node is in ?,inactive/active/Unresponsive or healthy ?

I haven’t created one. Currently busy with Prod migration & this error is happening in Dev.. So on hold for now. Meanwhile, If any of you have a solution can try it out…
That have the direct access from /home/oracle/wildfly/standalone/logs directory. Do you see any issue with /home/oracle/wildfly/standalone/logs directory ? its there?or its there but no files inside/ moved /renamed/ filled up ?
Moved with Patch 01 & it doesn't appear now.
I would be more likely to suspect that some aspect of the process of patching, redeployment, restarting, etc. was more likely to have resolved this issue than anything specifically different in the patch. This is not logged as either a defect in 7.2.0 or as a resolved issue in 7.2.0 P01.
I had to do the patching for AFX Oracle endpoint failure... After patching logs are seen as normal.
