The below functionality gets discussed and demoed in the RSA IGL Webinar tomorrow.

Dashboards are a superb way to start interacting with users. The functionalities provided can go beyond what are considered the classic use-cases of IAM/IAG. This is one of them.



People have shown the tendency to offer help where possible. Although those offers usually get passed within a family or circle of friends and with larger audiences via e.g. social media some employees might not be able to participate.

Employers might want to increase team spirit by e.g. have management lead by example and offer help. Gamification can also help nudge people into participating.


Provided functionality:

  • Ability for each user to publish the help they can offer and a ZIP code they are located near by
  • Tabular report to show all the help offered along with the ability to download the full list
  • Insight how much and what kind of help gets offered throughout the company, broken down by department and help category





How to obtain:
