Hi all,
We have a user in RSA AM 8.4 with ODA enabled (or was). It's a user that RSA gets from our Active Directory.
he was having problems connecting, so I've disabled ODA for him, then tried to enable it again... and although ODA shows as disabled, RSA console says "ODA is already enabled for this user".
Besides, when the user tries to log on, we see errors: "unable to find user xxxxx with matching password"
Something looks blocked or inconsistent in the user database. Is there a way to check it and try to fix it?
thanks
Does the user in question show up in the report "Users Enabled for On-Demand Authentication" ?
Please don't post a snippet of the report output here -- this is a public forum; you should open a case with RSA support if you need to share specific details. Instructions on how to open a case (should you need them) are here.
