AM 8.4 P 12 Upgrade Fails

I tried to update to AM 8.4 P 12 but running into issues. I did the procedures in "00030036 - How to apply patches from the local hard drive for RSA Authentication Manager 8.x" and ran into the following error:  

 

There was a problem processing your request.

 

Failed to launch the update installer to apply the update AM 8.4 P 12.

The following errors occurred:

  • Failed to copy the update to the local filesystem.

Current Status:

Free Disk Space Check:
Required Free Disk Space: 4096MB
Actual Free Disk Space : 868559MB

Ran it again and got this:

[ERROR] Mounting failed with exit code 32.
