Dear Madam,sir,
We are user from Hong Kong Government. We have an application making use of RSA appliance to verify users' access. Our RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 SP4 was installed in 2012. Is it possible to upgrade to RSA Authentication Agent 7.4 for Microsoft Windows? We intend to upgrade to the Authentication manager API for Java 8.4. But its download is inaccessible, where can I download it?
Best regards,
Tenny HUI
RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 SP4 has been out of support since December of 2014. Updating it to a version still in support will likely be complicated and time-consuming, as you will need to install several intermediate versions; there is no direct update-to-latest-from-7.1 capability. I suggest you contact your local RSA sales representative to discuss an RSA Professional Services engagement to assist you in planning and execution of the update. Your existing Agents that authenticate to AM7.1 should continue to work, but any custom programs that directly access the database, or use the AM7.1 Admin SDK to perform administrative functions, will need to be rewritten or at least recompiled and relinked.
