recreate account in ad

Very often we get errors when a user who had left rejoins the company. As part of the joiner process an account is created for this user in an AD. But this results in an error.

I'm not sure if it is a configuration thing, a bug in RSA or something in the AD. 


What would be the expected behavior? The account was set to deleted in the account table when the user left.

When an identical account in the same directory is created will the row in the account table be 'undeleted' or will a new row be inserted?
