"Next Tokencode " Message Issue.
We have some Radius Clients connected to the IDRs which forwarding the request to the cloud to push and to the AM for Token Auth. In case of typing a wrong tokencode we get the Message "Next Tokencode" instead of " Invalid passcode". The Invalid passcode Message is show in the cloud User Monitor and the AM, but at the front-end we got the Message "Next Tokencode". Is there are parameter at the IDR we must set ?
Steffen Nohl - there is no IDR configuration required for this scenario. I suspect the RADIUS client is issuing the incorrect prompt but exactly what the IDR is sending to the client would have to be verified using IDR logging and/or a network trace.
Recommend that you open a support case if further troubleshooting assistance is required.
