Hello Everyone!
I tried searching online but was not able to find what I was looking for and was wondering if someone else may be able to help me.
I know I can go into the RSA Security Console to view the software version information but am looking to check this information from a Linux terminal, or even to create a monthly report.
We have a task that every 25 days we need to take a screen shot of the version information to send to our compliance team. It doesn't appear that my system has the NwConsole CLI Tool and am wondering if I might be able to create a report of some kind, or check the version through other commands?
Oliver Prevo,
I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.
Regards,
Erica
