Thank you for the additional information about the message you are seeing when trying to register. The message is because your email address is not associated to your site ID. Our Customer Asset Management team can assist with that. Please fill out the RSA Global Business Operations Case Form.

I am working with IT to address it in RSALINK-10484 to research oyur login issue. Please give me a few hours to get more information. In the mean time you can always open a case by contacting RSA Support.
Please follow the steps in 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link? to re-register your account with RSA Link. Please ensure that you add information about your serial number, contract number, etc. to be fully registered on the site. That will give you access to the all content for which you are entitled.
I already tried that but it does not accept my information.
I have all the information (Site ID, License, contract number) but I always get "We were unable to validate the information you provided. Please check your entries again and re-submit. If you continue to receive this error, please contact RSA Customer Support for assistance."
I'm unable to open a case so I don't know how to get out of this.
