Error in RSA navigation

Hi,

We are using RSA Netwitness 11.3 version. When we navigate a new investigation following error occurred.Please help to solve this matter.

It appears as if those meta keys are not indexed on the concentrator. Can you confirm those keys exist in the index concentrator or index concentrator custom xml file?
