We could import token software on Android device with CTF method but impossible to import it via CTKIP (QRCODE or URL).
We've installed a GlobalSign Certificate on Web-Tier and Virtual Host but Always KO.
I've added "debbug level" in config.xml on each Web-Tier but Nothing is written in AdminServer.log.
Somebody have a solution ?

CTF is self-contained; no connection required. CT-KIP is different as it requires that the CT-KIP service (i.e. at the web-tier) is available on-line (i.e., Internet accessible) and that the user's mobile device be able to connect to the hostname specified in the activation URL. The CT-KIP connection is over HTTPS, so a mobile browser can be used to just validate that the service is properly configured (from a resolution and connectivity standpoint).
If you enable verbose tracing, you should be able to see logs at the web-tier. If there are no logs present, I would look to a connectivity issue to the web-tier itself (from the internet).
