Just tried and we have the same problem.
I checked your entitlements and you should have access to Case Management. I tried doing a reset on them. Can you test your access again and let me know if you are still having an issue.
I have not heard back from you which usually everything is working. Please let me know if you are having further issues accessing RSA Link case management.
I also have the same problem - can't get support if we get an error requesting support. I don't have a SalesForce Admin and there is no obvious area on the site to contact or find one.
