Identity Collection date does not update

RSA Appliance

RSA Oracle

Version 7.2.0.179170 P04

Hello

Under Collector > Identity > the UI is not updating even though it is successful:

Where as the collection history shows the correct time:

Thoughts? Is this by design or a concern?
